modeled a chubby little girl's hand on Maya and took some screencaps... definitely wish I had more time for this (the mesh gets so messy and crazy near the wrist and around the thumb) but now I'm finally getting the hang of fixing 5-sided polygons without having smooth preview look weird...back to storyboarding!
